◆ During the production, QC-Dep will inspect the quality, the quality is under control and the test records could be checked during the whole production.
◆ Finished products will be inspected again before shipment.

Our company is responsible for the quality during the whole productions and after sales, In case of serious quality faults:
◆ The buyer-within 2 months after receipt of the goods, prepare the complaint details together with picture or samples to us.
◆ After receive the complaint, we will start to investigate and feedback to the complaint within 3~7 work days.
◆ We will provide solutions like discount, replace etc depend on the survey result.
